Requirements

- Experience in at least one additional language (C#, Golang, Rust, Angular, SQL, Typescript, Java, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with data manipulation, exchange, and transformation.
- Experience developing REST APIs and custom scripts.
- Proficient in requirements gathering.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations or point-to-point integrations.
- Familiarity with Python-based frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years or Master's with 7+ years experience.
- Experience in technical services or solutions engineering.
- Proven experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance for production readiness and adoption.
- Participate in solution workshops to identify requirements and shape technical strategies.
- Develop Python scripts to load customer data and integrate with external tools.
- Create and maintain product integration scripts.
- Develop technical solutions and demonstrate the platform.
- Deliver customer training and user enablement.
- Capture and communicate technical requirements to the Product team.
- Enable the Customer Success team with technical training materials.
- Collaborate to increase platform utilization and identify expansion opportunities.
- Provide responsive technical support and troubleshoot issues.
