Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, developer tooling, or observability platforms
- Experience working with AI/ML workflows, APIs, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure
- Passion for customers, technology, and Generative AI
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications, LLMs, AI agents, AI evaluation, and observability
- Experience building demos, prototypes, or technical workflows for enterprise software platforms
- Proven experience running enterprise proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and MEDDPICC qualification
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support enterprise opportunities from technical discovery through close
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Build and deliver compelling demos and sample GenAI applications
- Design and execute enterprise proof-of-concepts with measurable success criteria
- Help customers operationalize AI agents and GenAI applications
- Support MEDDPICC qualification including technical pain validation and competitive positioning
- Partner closely with Customer Success for onboarding and post-sales deployment
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on customer feedback and product gaps
- Build reusable demo assets and technical enablement content
- Assist in developing standardized demo flows and best practices
