Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer success within a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of optimization techniques, algorithms, or operations research methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development tools, APIs, and analytical workflows.
- Background in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, finance, life sciences, or research.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with advanced analytics, AI/ML concepts, or emerging technologies (including quantum computing exposure preferred).
- Ability to manage complex technical projects and drive outcomes in collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand complex operational and business challenges and translate them into structured optimization and analytical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations with both technical practitioners and senior business stakeholders.
- Design and support implementation of optimization-driven solutions using analytical methods, algorithms, and advanced computational approaches.
- Guide customers through the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and modeling to deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
- Capture and share insights from customer engagements to influence product evolution and future innovation.
- Contribute to external-facing activities such as conferences, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.
