Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, strategy & operations, management consulting, GTM strategy, partnerships, or enterprise deal strategy roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B or enterprise deal cycles from qualification through structuring and closure.
- Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, pricing strategy, and contract structuring in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into roadmap priorities.
- Familiarity with API-based platforms and third-party integration ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex or fragmented data into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Proficiency with G Suite, SQL, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives and external partners.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with strong ownership and execution discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic support for the Fulfillment Pro API pipeline across domestic and international markets, including deal qualification, opportunity shaping, forecasting, and pipeline governance.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to structure complex enterprise deals and drive them from early-stage evaluation through to close.
- Identify required product capabilities to win key opportunities and collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap development.
- Work with Legal and Finance to design scalable commercial frameworks, pricing models, rate cards, and contracting structures for diverse partner types.
- Collaborate with Partnerships teams to evaluate and operationalize third-party integrations that enhance platform capabilities.
- Serve as a central strategic advisor for API motion initiatives, synthesizing market, competitive, and deal-level insights to inform business decisions.
- Build and manage cross-functional operating cadences (deal reviews, roadmap alignment, integration governance, and escalation processes).
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations using CRM tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives spanning product, commercial, and operational domains.
- Represent the organization externally with partners and industry stakeholders when required.
