Requirements

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar sourcing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client engagement
  • Strong ability to research, qualify, and prioritize leads effectively
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments with measurable performance goals
  • Familiarity with recruitment domains such as IT, healthcare, engineering, pharma, or finance is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential client companies across target industries and geographies, primarily in the USA and Canada
  • Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other recruitment tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Qualify leads based on hiring needs, company profile, and alignment with recruitment services
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage HR and talent acquisition decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment and sales teams to schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handover
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance, conversion rates, and lead quality to optimize strategies
