Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or B2B sales (recruitment/staffing experience preferred)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client engagement
- Strong ability to research, qualify, and prioritize leads effectively
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments with measurable performance goals
- Familiarity with recruitment domains such as IT, healthcare, engineering, pharma, or finance is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential client companies across target industries and geographies, primarily in the USA and Canada
- Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other recruitment tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Qualify leads based on hiring needs, company profile, and alignment with recruitment services
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage HR and talent acquisition decision-makers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to nurture them through the sales funnel
- Coordinate closely with recruitment and sales teams to schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handover
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance, conversion rates, and lead quality to optimize strategies
