Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple campaigns
- Ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize outreach strategies
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential client companies using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and job boards
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities across industries and regions in the USA and Canada
- Qualify leads based on company size, hiring needs, and alignment with recruitment services
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to recruitment or sales teams for further engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion metrics
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights
