Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential client companies using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and job boards
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities across industries and regions in the USA and Canada
  • Qualify leads based on company size, hiring needs, and alignment with recruitment services
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to recruitment or sales teams for further engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality
