Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, implementation, HR systems, benefits administration technology, or related software delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or benefits systems.
- Ability to configure platforms and manage complex data structures.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills for data validation, reporting, and configuration.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation project activities including kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, status updates, and client coordination.
- Translate client needs into system configurations by analyzing benefits structures, rates, eligibility rules, imports/exports, and site setup.
- Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables by proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of HR and benefits platforms.
- Collaborate with product, EDI, and offshore teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Support client training, post-configuration guidance, and process improvement efforts.
