Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, implementation, HR systems, benefits administration technology, or related software delivery.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or benefits systems.
  • Ability to configure platforms and manage complex data structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical skills for data validation, reporting, and configuration.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support implementation project activities including kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, status updates, and client coordination.
  • Translate client needs into system configurations by analyzing benefits structures, rates, eligibility rules, imports/exports, and site setup.
  • Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables by proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of HR and benefits platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, EDI, and offshore teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support client training, post-configuration guidance, and process improvement efforts.
