Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior trading or trading-adjacent role.
- Deep focus on OTC derivatives (e.g., IR Swaps, FX Forwards/Options, Structured Products).
- Practical understanding of the entire derivatives trade lifecycle and market microstructure.
- Deep familiarity with derivatives legal frameworks (ISDA/CSA).
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for derivatives trading.
- Experience in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale regulatory or infrastructure projects for a trading business.
- Build a crypto derivatives trading desk or trading-related infrastructure from the ground up.
- Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology departments.
- Manage complex projects, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain a strategic perspective while managing detailed reporting requirements.
