Job Details

2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, website optimization, or experimentation-focused roles
Proven track record of designing and executing experiments that delivered measurable business outcomes
Experience working in high-velocity testing environments
Strong analytical and quantitative skills using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or Microsoft Power BI
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Convert
Experience with research tools like Hotjar
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams

Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across the full conversion funnel
Develop and maintain a prioritized experimentation pipeline based on business impact, effort, and learning potential
Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate testing ideas into high-quality experiments
Use analytics, customer insights, competitive research, and best practices to identify optimization opportunities
Monitor experiment performance, analyze results, and derive actionable recommendations for future iterations
Share learnings, experiment outcomes, and strategic insights transparently across teams to encourage alignment and continuous improvement
Contribute to long-term growth initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
Support a culture of experimentation by helping improve testing processes, methodologies, and operational efficiency
