Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or in related financial operations roles
- Experience in finance operations, payment operations, or accounts receivable processes
- Strong understanding of payment system auditing principles and financial reporting practices
- Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed transaction analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or operational issues
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach toward operational processes
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is considered an advantage
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control reconciliation and payment settlement processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Maintain detailed reporting related to incoming payments and financial transactions
- Communicate with payment providers regarding settlements, payment schedules, and operational issues
- Coordinate currency conversion rates with payment providers and internal finance teams
- Participate in the review and approval processes for contracts with payment providers
- Ensure timely collection and organization of documentation and reports required for audits and internal reviews
- Identify discrepancies, investigate payment issues, and implement corrective actions efficiently
- Support optimization and automation initiatives related to reconciliation and payment control processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational transparency and reporting quality
