- Strong payroll and benefits knowledge across international payrolls.
- Mandatory UK payroll experience.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
- Experience in working with payroll systems and HR business partners.
- Experience working within a highly sales-driven and fast-moving culture.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus and numeracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative approach within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing including preparation, post-payroll, and tax filing.
- Maintain payroll processing systems and records.
- Review HR data feeds for consistency.
- Collaborate with outsourced payroll vendors and third parties.
- Provide payroll and benefits reporting to HR and Finance.
- Maintain and update internal Payroll Procedures manual.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from departments and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
- Calculate and report ERS/EES pension contributions.
- Support internal and external audits.
