Requirements
- Over 2 years of proven leadership skills and management experience
- Technical expertise in design, implementation and maintenance of accounting integrations, data exchange systems, and APIs
- Experience with accounting systems and basic accounting principles
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience building and successfully growing development teams
- Experience designing and developing data-centric systems, including ETL and API systems
- Experience working with Scrum or Agile team
Responsibilities
- Build high quality and fault tolerant products along with an inclusive team environment
- Work on problems with your team, form an opinion and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items
- Pitch in at a code level, including code reviews and executing tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, research, business development, and operations
- Provide technical direction through technical design reviews and pair programming
- Grow the team through internal development and external hiring
- Advocate for quick iterative development and experimentation
