Requirements
- 8+ months of experience in a quota-carrying, outbound B2B SaaS sales position
- Experience with outbound cold-calling
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency
- Exceptional time management skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems
- Experience using a CRM system
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and trust via phone to learn about the potential partner and their business
- Set qualified meetings within the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) while following best practices
- Achieve metrics by using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Stimulate interest in Huntress by focusing on value proposition
- Identify and qualify new accounts via LinkedIn and other methods
- Answer all client questions with professionalism and empathy
- Improve cold calling, messaging, and pipeline management skills
- Complete tasks and respond to inbound inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate CRM data hygiene
- Work collaboratively with peers and management
