Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification highly preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant accounting and tax experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or LeaseCalcs is a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of one to three Senior Accountants.
- Manage international statutory audits across multiple global regions.
- Assist with international compliance matters, including statutory licensing and ratings requirements.
- Prepare U.S. corporate income tax support and partner with external tax providers.
- Manage execution of corporate income tax payments, notices, and inquiries.
- Manage monthly and quarterly VAT compliance activities for the Middle East region.
- Support state and local tax compliance activities.
- Oversee and support the company’s global transfer pricing policy.
- Manage technical accounting for the company’s global lease portfolio.
