- 7+ years in enterprise/B2B Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership, principal, or founding capacity.
- Experience leading consultative solution cycles and professional services.
- Proven experience managing strategic POCs, RFPs, and enterprise onboarding.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Python and interacting with APIs.
- Experience with agent orchestration.
- Ability to build scalable demo systems and reusable solution assets.
- Strong technical storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements to architect high-impact solutions.
- Design and deliver lightweight prototypes to prove unique AI capabilities.
- Manage the Proof-to-Contract motion to define technical success criteria.
- Act as a consultative discovery partner to reframe customer requirements.
- Build reusable demo systems and technical frameworks for future scaling.
- Develop Python scripts and reference architectures for client integrations.
- Mentor and scale a small, high-performing team of Sales Engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel feedback into the roadmap.
- Document playbooks for demo readiness, proof scoping, and engineering rituals.
- Represent Wand as an expert at workshops, client sessions, and conferences.
