  • 7+ years in enterprise/B2B Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership, principal, or founding capacity.
  • Experience leading consultative solution cycles and professional services.
  • Proven experience managing strategic POCs, RFPs, and enterprise onboarding.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in Python and interacting with APIs.
  • Experience with agent orchestration.
  • Ability to build scalable demo systems and reusable solution assets.
  • Strong technical storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements to architect high-impact solutions.
  • Design and deliver lightweight prototypes to prove unique AI capabilities.
  • Manage the Proof-to-Contract motion to define technical success criteria.
  • Act as a consultative discovery partner to reframe customer requirements.
  • Build reusable demo systems and technical frameworks for future scaling.
  • Develop Python scripts and reference architectures for client integrations.
  • Mentor and scale a small, high-performing team of Sales Engineers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel feedback into the roadmap.
  • Document playbooks for demo readiness, proof scoping, and engineering rituals.
  • Represent Wand as an expert at workshops, client sessions, and conferences.
