Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar pre-sales role.
- Experience with enterprise clients.
- Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, and app-based integrations.
- Natural problem-solving abilities with the capacity to communicate complex technical issues simply.
- Proven track record of managing complex deals with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with and winning large enterprise RFPs.
- Self-motivated with a focus on strategy execution and winning big deals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to understand customer technical needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Deliver high-impact product demos focusing on APIs and integration capabilities.
- Act as main technical point of contact for clients ranging from developers to C-level executives.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Create sales content and mentor peers within the GTM team.
