Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analytics or firm-level operations analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of financial metrics (CAC, billing, retention, LTV) and operational metrics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
- Ability to influence financial and operational decisions.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, marketplace, or financial services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve billing and account experience, financial performance, and customer service.
- Investigate complex account questions and uncover root causes.
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Dig into billing workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Help teams make informed conclusions to reduce friction and support growth.
