Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of ecommerce experience.
- At least 2 years in a 2,000+ sku site.
- Proven ROI and revenue accountability.
- Hands-on personalization experience scaling recommendation engines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experience running A/B and MVT experimentation programs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with CDP vendors like Segment.
- Strong analytical skills including Google Analytics.
- Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the ecommerce strategy for FSAstore and HSAstore.
- Develop and execute seasonal and evergreen site strategies.
- Lead approval for monthly site flips and content strategy.
- Build and scale personalized experiences across homepage and product pages.
- Partner with Data Science to deploy ML-driven recommendation models.
- Manage the personalization testing roadmap and measurement framework.
- Use A/B and multivariate testing to launch and iterate on personalization strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 ecommerce specialists.
