Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation.
- Deep expertise in integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migration methodologies.
- Hands-on experience designing, testing, and validating REST API and webhook integrations in sandbox and production environments.
- Ability to operate autonomously and make technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent enterprise implementations.
- Proven ability to prioritize cross-functional needs and technical dependencies.
- Confident communication skills with executive presence.
- Highly organized with a track record of documentation-driven work.
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, or team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design for enterprise restaurant implementations, including integration architecture, data migration, environment requirements, and hardware/network assumptions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during Plan, Pilot, and Rollout phases.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and obtain architectural sign-off.
- Validate integrations end-to-end during Pilot and ensure configuration consistency during Rollout.
- Drive alignment across pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success teams.
- Produce thorough handoff documentation including configuration templates and integration specifications.
- Identify, document, and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt.
