- 5–8 years accounting experience, ideally handling U.S. books or under IFRS
- Degree in Accounting
- CPA highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-directed and accountable
- Experience with U.S. entities or accounting teams
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong Excel modeling and reconciliation skills
Responsibilities
- Issue client invoices across U.S. entities
- Build and update cash flow forecasts
- Post and reconcile intercompany invoices
- Review payroll entries
- Generate job costing and gross profit reports
- Analyze and reconcile AP/AR aging and vendor ledgers
- Post month-end journal entries and accruals
- Close month-end books and bank transactions
- Manage state sales & use tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial reports
