Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role in IT projects.
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, change management, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of integration technologies and data exchange formats such as REST API, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with IoT communication protocols like MQTT, CAN, or Zigbee.
- Basic understanding of backend systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for backend services and communication layers.
- Cooperate with Product Owners, developers, testers, and cloud engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, process descriptions, and user stories.
- Support backlog management and refinement activities in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Design and document data flows between IoT devices, communication protocols, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Participate in defining test scenarios and support quality assurance activities based on functional and technical requirements.
