Requirements
- 5+ years in partner management, business development, or sales.
- Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven track record of navigating CSP co-sell portals (e.g., ACE, Partner Center).
- Advanced presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to track metrics and analyze pipeline health.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Experience with AI and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of co-sell activities with CSP field sales teams.
- Operationalize Global GTM strategies at the field level.
- Attain quarterly and annual targets for partner-referred pipeline.
- Educate CSP partner teams on Rescale’s value proposition and use cases.
- Act as the bridge between Rescale’s Field Sales team and CSP partner teams.
- Maintain rigorous discipline around pipeline tracking, deal registration, and forecast accuracy.
