Requirements

- Comfort with high volume outbound dialing.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and ability to handle rejection.
- Must be able to work in a distraction-free home environment.
Responsibilities
- Educate and strategize with business owners on advertising programs via high volume outbound calls.
- Manage a pipeline of clients in Salesforce.
- Master quick close techniques to exceed individual goals.
- Navigate the full sales process from initial call to qualification and closing.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly quotas.
- Track and manage daily goals to ensure performance standards are met.
