Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development experience.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL tuning.
- Expertise in Oracle Database architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports.
- Experience leading large-scale migration or modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience in technical leadership or architect roles.
- Experience with databases and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, microservices).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Expertise in agile development methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and support planning, research, analysis, and testing phases of systems development.
- Conduct research into leading-edge features and enhancements and make recommendations on strategic technology decisions.
- Architect and deliver scalable Oracle APEX solutions.
- Drive the migration of legacy Oracle Forms & Reports to modern, high-performance platforms.
- Define technical strategy and establish best practices for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement in development standards.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through deployment.
