- Own the end-to-end build and renewal process for a dedicated book of clients in Employee Navigator.
- Manage client transitions off EASE, including agency transfer coordination.
- Complete formal QA checks on builds before they go live.
- Serve as the tier-2 technical resource for the Client Success team via ticketing and Slack.
- Set up and maintain 834 EDI and API carrier file feeds.
- Join client calls when technical BenAdmin expertise is needed.
- Partner with BenAdmin vendors to resolve platform limitations.
