- Proven track record of designing and launching products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to design complex systems in the absence of established patterns.
- Demonstrated skill in utilizing user feedback and data for product improvements.
- Proficiency in user research methods and usability testing.
- Capability to lead brand identity and design system development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze user interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Develop user personas and journey maps.
- Define product design vision and architecture.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
- Establish brand identity, style guides, and design systems.
- Support startup CEOs in hiring their first in-house designers.
- Refine internal playbooks, tools, and processes.
