Responsibilities
- Navigate ambiguous problems and transform them into clear project scopes and design strategies.
- Use tools like Cursor to bridge the gap between ideas and functional prototypes, testing complex edge cases.
- Synthesize complex data and user behaviors into high-fidelity narratives for executive leadership.
- Operate in a high-velocity environment defined by rapid-fire A/B testing and rapid iteration.
- Maintain pristine Figma files and thoughtful interactions to serve as a benchmark for the design organization.
- Lead cross-functional squads with a mix of strategic thinking and technical craft.
- Act as a co-architect of the product roadmap for the Consumer UX team.
