  • Proven sales ability with experience in quoting and closing sales

  • Ability to quickly learn POS systems, quoting tools, and water testing systems

Responsibilities

  • Expert customer support via phone, email, and walk-ins (pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting)
  • Creating accurate quotes for pool packages, equipment upgrades, liners, and parts
  • Driving sales through upselling chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment
  • Performing water testing and providing chemical treatment recommendations
  • Processing orders and coordinating with service and delivery teams
