Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or project coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support assisting in all aspects of project execution.
  • Organizing key internal and external meetings including preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and document meeting minutes, ensuring that key discussions, decisions, and action items are accurately recorded.
  • Ensure compliance with SharePoint naming conventions and document management protocols.
  • Aid in preparing project status reports by coordinating input from various internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent application of standard project management methodologies and processes.
