- Ability to read CRM signals and draw conclusions from portfolio data.
- Ability to make prioritization decisions based on risk.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 150-300 school accounts in the €2-6K segment.
- Run proactive check-ins and act on customer health signals to drive retention.
- Identify and implement AI and automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Share best practices for AI/automation with the wider team.
- Work within an AI-native CRM to flag risk, log touchpoints, and prioritize accounts.
- Support Customer Success and Customer Engagement teams.
- Build direct relationships with customers through global travel.
