  • Ability to make prioritization decisions based on risk.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 150-300 school accounts in the €2-6K segment.
  • Run proactive check-ins and act on customer health signals to drive retention.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
  • Share best practices for AI/automation with the wider team.
  • Work within an AI-native CRM to flag risk, log touchpoints, and prioritize accounts.
  • Support Customer Success and Customer Engagement teams.
  • Build direct relationships with customers through global travel.
