Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to account management, client communication, business documentation, and practical aspects of client service
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world client requirements
- Draft realistic account management scenarios informed by your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. account manager, client, project stakeholder, or executive)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated account management content
