Engineering at Kognity

Kognity's engineering team is building ambitious solutions to radically improve global learning efficacy. You will design, build, and ship full-stack features using Python and TypeScript. The team integrates AI-assisted workflows to accelerate execution while maintaining high quality. You will own problem spaces end-to-end, from shaping ambiguous requirements to guiding robust, scalable solutions. The technical environment prioritizes strong architecture, clean boundaries, and long-term maintainability. You will contribute to continuous codebase improvement, simplifying solutions and reducing technical complexity.
