Requirements
- 2–3+ years of sales experience
- Previous experience in full-cycle closing roles
- Remote work experience preferred
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients preferred
- C1+ or near-native English proficiency
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to handle client objections
- Strong client communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Work with qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team
- Communicate with clients primarily through calls (80–90% of communication)
- Prepare and present project estimations in collaboration with the Estimating Department
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Build strong technical product knowledge for custom glass products
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot
