Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of sales experience
  • Previous experience in full-cycle closing roles
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients preferred
  • C1+ or near-native English proficiency
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to handle client objections
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Work with qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team
  • Communicate with clients primarily through calls (80–90% of communication)
  • Prepare and present project estimations in collaboration with the Estimating Department
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Build strong technical product knowledge for custom glass products
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot
