Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compensation or analytical HR function.
- Experience with compensation platforms and AI-driven benchmarking tools.
- Experience with job architecture and leveling frameworks.
- Familiarity with equity compensation programs (RSU, ESPP).
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- CCP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer compensation programs including base pay and incentive plans.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for job matching, benchmarking, and market pricing.
- Support job leveling, architecture, and re-leveling activities.
- Execute compensation planning cycles including merit and promotions.
- Provide operational support for equity programs including RSU and ESPP administration.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and cost analyses.
- Maintain data integrity within ADP Workforce Now.
- Draft compensation and equity communications and presentations.
