Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation or analytical HR function.
  • Experience with compensation platforms and AI-driven benchmarking tools.
  • Experience with job architecture and leveling frameworks.
  • Familiarity with equity compensation programs (RSU, ESPP).
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and administer compensation programs including base pay and incentive plans.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for job matching, benchmarking, and market pricing.
  • Support job leveling, architecture, and re-leveling activities.
  • Execute compensation planning cycles including merit and promotions.
  • Provide operational support for equity programs including RSU and ESPP administration.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and cost analyses.
  • Maintain data integrity within ADP Workforce Now.
  • Draft compensation and equity communications and presentations.
