Requirements
- 5+ years in business analysis, management consulting, product operations, or analyst roles.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent tooling (prompting, evaluations, workflow orchestration).
- Working proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying and debugging.
- Strong financial acumen (ROI modeling, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit frameworks).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with modern agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or MCP.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pipeline of AI automation opportunities sourced from business unit intake and stakeholder discovery.
- Build business cases with quantified ROI including cost savings and revenue lift.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scoped automation candidates.
- Build functional prototypes using modern AI tooling like LLM coding assistants and agent frameworks.
- Validate prototypes with stakeholders and iterate based on real user feedback.
- Hand off validated prototypes to engineering with clear specifications.
- Deliver monthly executive reports on pipeline health and realized impact.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to compare projected vs. actual ROI.
