Requirements
- Expertise in benefit verification, prior authorization, and AR follow-up.
- Experience managing remote or offshore teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for daily RCM work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Candid Health is a plus.
- Knowledge of behavioral health or interventional psychiatry billing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead team huddles, 1-1s, and coaching sessions.
- Work complex billing cases including denials and prior authorizations.
- Define quality and productivity standards for RCM operations.
- Develop team members through individualized plans.
- Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and appeal templates.
- Drive AI adoption within team workflows.
- Partner with customers to answer billing questions and resolve escalations.
