Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on RCM experience.
- Strong familiarity with the claims lifecycle including denials, rejections, adjustments, and resubmissions.
- Proficiency with Availity and standard provider portals.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end billing operations across the full claims lifecycle.
- Manage a team of 4+ offshore support staff by setting priorities and reviewing output.
- Manage billing questions and escalations from vendors and internal teams.
- Triage high-priority items like medical record subpoenas and collection agency contacts.
- Support ad-hoc RCM projects including state launches and new payer setup.
- Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing gaps for existing clinicians.
