Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of inside sales experience selling complex B2B solutions ($100K to $500K annual contract value) in a high-volume environment
- 3 to 5 years of full sales cycle experience (90 to 180 days)
- Record of exceeding sales quotas
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of rapid relationship building and value articulation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and customer management tools
Responsibilities
- Secure new clients by prospecting, performing needs analysis, developing tailored sales solutions, presenting sales proposals, and closing deals.
- Grow sales for all assigned accounts and market segments by leading, developing, managing, and executing a sales strategy.
- Negotiate and close profitable deals in a timely manner to meet quotas.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, inbound lead follow-up, and cold outreach.
- Research accounts and identify key players.
- Perform effective online demos and sales presentations.
- Deliver monthly sales forecasts.
- Document and maintain all sales activities in a CRM system.
