Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of inside sales experience selling complex B2B solutions ($100K to $500K annual contract value) in a high-volume environment
  • 3 to 5 years of full sales cycle experience (90 to 180 days)
  • Record of exceeding sales quotas
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of rapid relationship building and value articulation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and customer management tools

Responsibilities

  • Secure new clients by prospecting, performing needs analysis, developing tailored sales solutions, presenting sales proposals, and closing deals.
  • Grow sales for all assigned accounts and market segments by leading, developing, managing, and executing a sales strategy.
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals in a timely manner to meet quotas.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, inbound lead follow-up, and cold outreach.
  • Research accounts and identify key players.
  • Perform effective online demos and sales presentations.
  • Deliver monthly sales forecasts.
  • Document and maintain all sales activities in a CRM system.
