Requirements
- Proven ability to build relationships and network across multiple levels within an organization, including C-suite executives
- Strong understanding of security technologies and industry trends
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions
- Skilled at identifying and influencing key decision makers
- Success in a quota-driven sales environment at the mid-market or enterprise level, with 4–6+ years of experience
- Proven track record of sales success in the IT security industry (preferred)
- Experience closing deals between $20K–$100K
- Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
- Strong business acumen, professionalism, and leadership; takes ownership and drives results
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and work independently to build a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
- Identify new business opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers, within assigned accounts.
- Network within client organizations to influence key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.
- Serve as a Teramind ambassador, representing the company within strategic client accounts.
- Clearly articulate and promote Teramind’s value proposition and services to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Develop comprehensive account plans, engagement strategies, and growth targets for each account in your portfolio.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional virtual teams to drive complex sales opportunities to close.
- Take ownership of sales opportunities, providing accurate forecasting of business outcomes and timelines.
- Manage proof-of-value deployments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and guide customers toward positive outcomes.
