Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within fintech, financial services, payments, or related industries.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Existing network of transferable B2B relationships within mid-sized businesses, enterprises, or venture-backed startup ecosystems preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial technology solutions, cross-border payments, spend management platforms, or digital asset technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Highly proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, consultative sales strategies, and relationship-building initiatives targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through negotiation, closing, and account expansion activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic pipeline management plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue and quota targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with CFOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives across a wide range of industries.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, product, and leadership teams to optimize conversion rates and improve the overall client experience.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts while helping clients optimize their financial operations.
  • Provide actionable market feedback and client insights to support continuous product and service enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, outreach strategies, and scalable processes that support ongoing regional growth.
