Requirements
- 7+ years in data/analytics roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a data team.
- Proficiency in dbt and SQL model/pipeline review.
- Experience with mobile UA attribution and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Analytical experience with subscription and mobile app metrics.
- Expertise in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Proficiency in product analytics instrumentation and governance.
- Practical experience building AI/LLM-assisted workflows or data apps.
- Ability to translate technical data concepts to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of data scientists.
- Architect and maintain UA data pipelines (BigQuery, dbt, Jenkins).
- Define and standardize core metrics such as LTV, CAC, and retention.
- Develop self-service data products and AI-powered internal tooling.
- Partner with product and growth teams to drive experimentation and instrumentation strategies.
- Oversee data governance and semantic layer development.
- Champion AI adoption across the organization.
