Requirements

- Proven experience with product counseling and technology transactions.
- Experience advising on AI, cloud services, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical/legal concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Advise product management, engineering, and marketing teams on commercial terms, privacy, and compliance.
- Draft agreements, terms of use, and public-facing disclosures.
- Lead complex technology transactions and negotiate licensing agreements.
- Monitor global regulations and AI/cybersecurity trends for legal analysis.
- Review third-party terms to ensure company compliance.
- Provide strategic advice balancing legal risk and business growth.
- Influence design and deployment of products regarding ethical and regulatory issues.
