Requirements
- Proven experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes post-sale
- Experience designing scalable data architectures
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-sufficient and highly organised approach
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, bash, or powershell
- Knowledge of databases like SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Responsibilities
- Own post-sales technical engagement across assigned Enterprise accounts
- Drive adoption, optimisation and ongoing usage of Fivetran
- Deliver enablement sessions, workshops and best-practice guidance
- Monitor account health signals and proactively intervene
- Identify, validate and execute expansion opportunities
- Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads
- Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures
- Build and maintain relationships with technical, operational and executive stakeholders
- Act as the technical orchestrator across internal teams and partners
