Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related GTM functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build intake workflows, content libraries, or knowledge management systems.
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a Revenue Operations structure.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify enablement gaps.
  • Experience with enablement hubs like Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of LMS or on-demand learning platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own platform strategy, governance, and seller experience across Highspot, Gong, and future RevTech.
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and process compliance across all enablement platforms.
  • Build frameworks to measure RevTech value creation and its impact on sales productivity.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for sales enablement requests.
  • Build and manage a transparent intake and prioritization process.
  • Manage the centralized sales enablement hub, ensuring content relevance and currency.
  • Partner with Marketing to provide content impact analysis and field feedback.
  • Own cadenced sales communications and enablement reporting for leadership.
