Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or Revenue/GTM Operations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce, including data modeling, reporting, and CRM operations.
- Strong SQL skills with experience using BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple analytical workstreams.
- Experience owning reporting across multiple GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to executives.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including pipeline performance, revenue metrics, churn, retention, and funnel conversion analysis.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools such as Looker Studio and related analytics platforms.
- Partner with data engineering and GTM stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems like Salesforce and cloud data warehouses.
- Develop automated reporting workflows and eliminate manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability across the analytics function.
- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks and deliver clear, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring consistent KPI definitions and reliable reporting across GTM functions.
- Serve as a key escalation point for data quality and CRM-related issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
