Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, agile delivery, or technical product roles.
  • At least 2+ years of direct product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of predictive analytics, AI solutions, or data-driven products.
  • Experience working with financial services, credit unions, or core processing environments.
  • Familiarity with data tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, or APIs.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for predictive analytics and AI assistant solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Develop and manage annual strategic plans, product budgets, and forecasting models to support revenue and profitability targets.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Lead product commercialization activities, including pricing strategy, positioning, go-to-market planning, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with clients, advisory groups, and stakeholders to validate product concepts through research, pilots, and feedback loops.
  • Monitor product performance and industry trends, continuously refining strategy to maximize adoption and business impact.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and leadership teams to execute product initiatives effectively.
