Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and sustaining sales methodologies.
- Deep understanding of value-based and consultative selling motions.
- Demonstrated success leading global, multi-region enablement or GTM initiatives.
- Strong program leadership skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and partner across functions.
- Highly self-directed with ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as single-threaded owner for GTM transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue leadership to define priorities and standards.
- Own global implementation and sustainment of core sales methodology.
- Design and lead structured change-management plans.
- Equip frontline managers with tools/frameworks for coaching.
- Partner with RevOps and IT/CRM teams to optimize workflows and processes.
- Define leading and lagging metrics to assess impact.
