Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and sustaining sales methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of value-based and consultative selling motions.
  • Demonstrated success leading global, multi-region enablement or GTM initiatives.
  • Strong program leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and partner across functions.
  • Highly self-directed with ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as single-threaded owner for GTM transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue leadership to define priorities and standards.
  • Own global implementation and sustainment of core sales methodology.
  • Design and lead structured change-management plans.
  • Equip frontline managers with tools/frameworks for coaching.
  • Partner with RevOps and IT/CRM teams to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Define leading and lagging metrics to assess impact.
