Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years progressive IT experience.
- Proven experience in project management and solution delivery.
- Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI-aligned frameworks.
- Hands-on fluency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience in vendor selection, comparative analysis, and stakeholder advisory.
- Demonstrated ability in leading end-user adoption and change management.
- Experience supervising technical professionals in an MSP or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with IT governance and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2).
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation innovation and strategy.
- Manage team practice areas and project delivery outcomes.
- Apply project management frameworks (ITIL, Agile, etc.) to ensure governance.
- Conduct vendor selection and build vs. buy analysis.
- Oversee modern workplace technologies including M365 and Copilot.
- Drive client end-user adoption and organizational training.
- Support IT audit readiness and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
