Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in legal consulting, technology consulting, or eDiscovery services
- Experience in a customer-facing role advising clients
- Experience working on technology implementation projects as a business analyst, consultant, project manager, or data migration specialist
- Hands-on experience with Exterro, Relativity Legal Hold, M365 Purview, DISCO, Nuix, Reveal, Mitratech LegalHold, or OpenText
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Legal Studies, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of business requirements gathering, data mapping, workflow development, data migration, and testing
- Working knowledge of EDRM, litigation, legal technology, data preservation, metadata, or data retention
Responsibilities
- Participate in client interviews, workshops, and presentations to gather and document business requirements
- Support the mapping of business requirements to system and integration capabilities
- Conduct research on industry trends to inform project strategies
- Document and maintain project deliverables including design documents and migration plans
- Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Perform data analysis and validation checks using Excel, SQL, and other tools
- Facilitate data migration activities and liaise with migration engineers
- Drive project management activities to maintain alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope
