  • Structure and scale partner‑led distribution channels
  • Convert strategic relationships into predictable, repeatable pipeline
  • Build partner motions that compound over time
  • Shape pricing and packaging strategy with the product team
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform the roadmap
  • Ensure positioning reflects enterprise value and competitive differentiation
